Had a reflexology session with Nicky at the clinic today. I had no idea what to expect really and I found her warm and friendly, and the facilities modern and professional. The session (hour and a half) flew by. I feel so relaxed! Great service and very much recommended.

Nicky is an excellent reflexologist, as well as being a calm and caring person! Our lounge was transformed into our own salon for the morning, where Nicky provided reflexology treatments for myself and my husband. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and soothing, and we both felt great afterwards! I highly recommend Mind and Body Reflexology.
Cannot thank Nicky enough for my reflexology session. I was slightly sceptical about the whole thing really but I was so pleasantly surprised! I have ongoing back pain and I’m pleased to say it has very much eased since my session. Nicky was so warm and friendly and I felt like I was floating after the session. I’ve had several treatments with Nicky at Mind and Body Reflexology and can honestly say she is amazing. Nicky has a very calming and empathic nature and has really tried to understand the condition she has been treating me for and the impact it has on my day to day life. Nicky’s treatments have greatly reduced my symptoms in just a matter of weeks so I now just need regular maintenance treatments – I can’t explain the impact this has had on my quality of life. I could not recommend Nicky enough, she is a thoroughly amazing reflexologist.
